Beverlyn's Apothecary Beard Oil is made of luxurious quality oils. Beard Oil helps with stronger, healthier and more manageable beard. We have researched all the carrier oils thoroughly to formulate our Beard Oil which is what sets our oil apart from those on the market. We have outlined the oils used and their benefits below.

Our Beard Oil can be bought as unscented or two different fragrances:

• Hydration and Health: Beard Oil is beneficial for the health of your facial hair. It stops it being dry, unruly, wiry and stiff. Our beard oil helps hydrate the beard, nourishing and giving them a nice shine.

Carrier Oils:

Moroccan Argan oil (Argania spins): Moroccan Argan oil is one of our main oils. It is known to have properties which protects and regenerate skin and hair leaving it strong, soft and bright. It helps moisturise, locking in moisture, reduces hair damage through breakage and hair loss. It is absorbent, is a natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. With its high Vitamin E content and fatty acids helps hydrate and heal skin's well as protects cell membranes against oxidation. 

Hemp Seed Oil (Cannabis sativa): Hempseed oil is high in beneficial Omegas and therefore has anti-inflammatory properties helping all skin conditions. It helps add moisture and shine to the skin and hair. Fatty acids in Hemp Seed Oil helps strengthen damaged hair and promotes thicker hair growth.

Meadowfoam Oil (Limanthes alba): Meadowfoam Oil contains 98% long-chain fatty acids and high quality triglyceride levels. This adds to it having amazing moisturising and rejuvenating capabilities. Its locks in skin moisture creating a moisture barrier. It adds shine and moisture to the hair and is perfect for dry and damaged hair. 

Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus amygdalus dulcis): Sweet Almond Oil acts as a moisturiser and softens, soothes and nourishes the skin. it has regenerating, restructuring and moisturising properties and is recommended for dry and delicate skin, it soothes rough and irritated skin.

Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis): Jojoba Oil also helps trap moisture into the hair and skin leaving it hydrated and healthy. It mimics sebum (natural oil produced by the skin). It helps avoid ingrown hair, beardruff and promotes hair growth.

Frankincense & Myrrh

Ingredients:

Argan Oil, Hemp Oil, Meadowfoam Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Fragrance, Vitamin E

Frankincense and Myrrh has a  fragrance that suggests the classic and enchanting blend of frankincense and myrrh with subtle notes of bergamot, patchouli and sandalwood. It contains essential oils including Bergamot, Coriander, Lemon, Orange and Patchouli.

Top: anise seeds

Middle: Frankincense, cashmere, myrrh

Bottom: patchouli, Tonka bean, musk

Fern

Ingredients:

Argan Oil, Hemp Oil, Meadowfoam Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Fragrance, Vitamin E

Fern Fragrance Oil has a distinctive soft green earthy and ozone smell of the New Zealand Koru. It provides memories of bush walking and connecting back with nature.

Top: green apple, bergamot

Middle: green leaves, pineapple flower

Bottom: forest fern, patchouli, musk
